Really warm sunny home at end of cul de sac with good open feeling, views of
Torrey Pines Park hills, and nice slice of Ocean. Some upgrades over time, but
basically well loved and cared for property. 2nd BR was enlarged, ceiling
raised, and skylites added for artists' studio. Also loft area added plus good
attic storage. Large front balcony off living area, and garden patio in back
off bedrooms. Sea Village is a wonderful complex with pools, spa, sauna and
tennis courts. It nestles into Torrey Pines State Park extension with wonderful trails and
Ocean views. It's a short walk to the beach and the main Torrey Pines Park as
well as being within easy access of I-5 and SR-56. Sea Village is a great place
to call home!
